The tender commission met on February 10, 2026, to examine the clarification requests submitted by potential investors regarding the documentation for granting the status of large eligible producer for the development of onshore wind power plants, with a supported capacity of up to 170 MW and with the obligation to install a minimum electricity storage capacity of 0.25 MWh for each MW of the plant’s supported capacity.

Between December 19 and February 1, 12 clarification requests were received. Following their analysis, the Commission decided to amend the tender documentation in order to provide a higher level of clarity to investors.

The revised documentation, together with the table reflecting the changes made, is available to the general public. The Ministry of Energy reminds that the submission period for bids will begin on February 19, 2026, and will end on March 31, 2026, inclusive. Bids may be submitted electronically to the following address: wind.auctions@energie.gov.md.

At the same time, the English version of the tender documentation has been revised to ensure the accuracy of the information.
