Of the 37 people who submitted their applications for the selection of four of the nine members of the Board of Directors of Moldovagaz, launched by the Ministry of Energy, 33 were admitted to the interview. The interviews for the admitted candidates will be held at the Ministry of Energy on July 16-17.

It should be reminded that in June this year, the Ministry of Energy launched the contest for the selection of four out of 9 members of the Board of Directors of Moldovagaz, who will be nominated on behalf of the institution. On July 1, the provisional Board of Directors of Moldovagaz, appointed for a period of 3 months, was presented, which will provide interim until the appointment of new members with full mandate.

It is composed of Anton Bubenov, Pavel Vlasov, Denis Emelianov, Roman Jelnov, Mikhail Yuriev, Vadim Ceban and Sergey Korin. For the same three-month period, Vadim Ceban was appointed Chairman of the Board, while Denis Emelianov, Mikhail Yuriev and Sergey Korin replaced the positions of Deputy Chairmen of the Board of Directors of Moldovagaz SA. The Board of Directors of Moldovagaz JSC is a collegial executive body, consisting of 9 members appointed at the proposal of the main shareholders for a term of 3 years.
