The Ministry of Energy, in partnership with the Environmental Journalists Association, invites you to a press visit to a wind farm, organized in the context of preparations for the second round of auctions for the construction of wind farms and energy storage systems, with a capacity of 173 MW, to be launched this fall.

This visit offers an opportunity to see firsthand how a wind farm operates and to engage directly with stakeholders involved in the development of renewable energy in the Republic of Moldova.

Departure is scheduled for 07:30 AM from the Ministry of Energy headquarters.

Additionally, 45 young people aspiring to become environmental journalists have also been invited to the event. These participants come from various localities and include students from faculties of journalism, ecology, pedagogy, and other social sciences. The summer camp is organized under the project “Facilitating an Inclusive Green Transition in the Republic of Moldova.”
