The Ministry of Energy informs about the admission of 12 candidates to the interview stage in the selection process for members of the Board of Directors of the state-owned enterprise “Moldelectrica.”

Due to a technical error, the evaluation of one candidate’s application was initially omitted. However, this candidate meets all the eligibility criteria and will be invited to participate in the next stage of the competition.

Following the evaluation of the applications submitted in the competition for selecting members of the Board of Directors of “Moldelectrica,” organized by the Selection Committee established by the Ministry of Energy, 12 candidates were admitted to the interview stage. The interviews for admitted candidates will take place on May 8, 2025, at the Ministry of Energy’s headquarters.

We remind that in March of this year, the Ministry of Energy launched a competition to select four out of the seven members of the Board of Directors of “Moldelectrica,” who will not represent public authorities or the enterprise itself.

Considering that one application was received shortly after the submission deadline, the Selection Committee requested confirmation of timely dispatch. As a result, the Committee accepted 12 applications at the evaluation stage.

Additionally, after assessing candidates’ eligibility based on the criteria set in point 4 of the Regulation, one candidate was deemed ineligible and was therefore excluded from the competition.
