The selection commission for candidates to serve as members of the Board of Directors of the state-owned enterprise "Moldelectrica" — specifically from outside the public administration and the state enterprise itself — established within the Ministry of Energy through Order No. 11 dated February 13, 2025, announces the completion of the open competition for four vacant positions on the Board of Directors. The selected candidates will be submitted for appointment by the Founder.

Following a rigorous evaluation and selection process, the Commission has decided, based on the competition results, to propose the following four candidates for appointment to the Board of Directors of "Moldelectrica" for a two-year term:

1. Corina POPESCU (Competition Winner);

2. Bogdan TONCESCU;

3. Oleg STIOPCA;

4. Eugen GHILEȚCHI.

It is worth noting that the interview stage for the position of member of the Board of Directors of "Moldelectrica" took place on May 8, 2025, at the Ministry of Energy headquarters, where 12 candidates who passed the application file screening were interviewed.

The selection of independent members to the Board of Directors of "Moldelectrica" through an open competition aims to strengthen corporate governance practices, ensuring better oversight of executive management, increased transparency, and greater accountability in the decision-making process.
